We sharpen blades, install tires, change fluids & filters, lubricate, adjust belts, troubleshoot problems and when needed replace engines, clutches, transmissions, hydraulic pumps & wheel motors.
Our goal is to service or repair your equipment as efficiently as possible:
Our service department was created for the purpose of maintaining and repairing equipment that we have sold. That remains our focus, but beyond that we bring in as much service work as we can efficiently handle. While we are capable of working on many brands, in order to provide reasonable turn around time, we sometimes narrow the range of products that we take in so as not to exceed our capacity. We almost always look at Toro ASAPS machines within 2 days after receipt and overwhelmingly complete them the same day that we first look at them unless we are waiting on customer authorization.
We are authorized for the following lawn equipment brands:
We are not an Exmark authorized dealer, but given that TORO has owned Exmark for 20 years, most of the parts are interchangeable. We are typically willing to take in Exmark products for repair depending on the model, the work to be performed & shop backlog.
We work on most brands of push mowers and self propelled mowers, including AYP, Bolens, Craftsman, Husqvarna, Lowes, MTD, Murray, Poulan, Rally, Troy-Bilt, Weedeater, White, Yard Machines & Yard-Man. We do not work on John Deere.
With hand held equipment we only work on the brands we sell, RedMax, Husqvarna & Kawasaki. We do not perform warranty service on handheld equipment purchased elsewhere. Depending on our work volume and available capacity we may or may not accept hand held equipment purchased elsewhere. We do not work on Pressure Washers or Generators.
ASAPS is a feature that is included with most of the riding products we sell. It simply assures we will:
